A dark list-detail support inbox: folder rail, conversation list with avatars and unread dots, and an open thread with message bubbles and a composer.
Design a desktop team inbox for a customer support tool, dark, three columns.
Far left, a narrow folder rail: the product mark up top, then folders with counts (Unassigned 12, Mine 4, All open 38, Mentions 2, Snoozed, Closed) and below that a couple of channels (Email, Live chat, Instagram). Keep it quiet, one folder highlighted.
Middle column is the conversation list with a small header ("Unassigned" + a count and a sort control) and a search field. Each row: a round avatar with initials, the person's name and a short message snippet on one line, a timestamp top-right, and a tiny channel tag. Unread rows get a rose dot and bolder text. One row is selected and lit up. Show about 7 rows so the column feels full.
Right column is the open conversation. A thread header with the customer's name, their email, an online dot, and actions (Assign, Snooze, Close). Then the message thread: alternating bubbles, agent messages aligned right in a rose tint, customer messages left in a neutral surface, each with a small timestamp, plus a day divider. End with a composer at the bottom: a text field with placeholder, a couple of small icon buttons, and a Send button.
One rose accent (#fb7185). Near-black surfaces, hairline borders, generous spacing, tabular numbers for times. Linear-grade restraint, nothing garish.
