Design the very first screen someone sees inside a new, empty workspace for a product called Mosaic. It should feel warm and welcoming, not cold and corporate, but still clean and restrained.
Keep a thin top bar: the Mosaic wordmark on the left, the workspace name "Acme Studio" with a tiny "Free trial" pill in the middle-ish, and an avatar with initials plus a help icon on the right.
The main canvas is two columns, vertically centered with lots of breathing room. Left column is the welcome: a small "Welcome, Priya" eyebrow, a big friendly heading like "Let's set up your workspace", one supporting line, then a setup checklist of four steps. First step is already done (checked, struck-through, dimmed). The next step is the current one, highlighted, with a tiny "create your first project" primary button right inside it. The last two are upcoming and quieter. Show an overall progress bar with "1 of 4 done" and roughly 25%. Under the list, a quiet secondary link like "Skip setup for now".
Right column is a subtle illustration, no stock art, just calm inline SVG: a soft fuchsia glow behind an abstract scene of an empty board with a couple of floating placeholder cards and a friendly little spark or plus, sized so it balances the text.
One fuchsia accent (#d946ef). Near-black surfaces, hairline 1px borders, rounded corners, generous spacing, a focus-ready primary button. Linear / Stripe grade restraint, warm but never garish.
